Breaking old habits and making new ones?
...............................................................................................................................................

To clean your teeth properly, you need an effective routine.

Treat tooth-cleaning as a weekly cycle – you have 14 goes at it each week - twice a day for 7 days.

That’s 14 x 2 = 28 minutes tooth cleaning per week, which is nearly half an hour.

This means you spend almost 24 hours standing in front of a basin, cleaning your teeth, every year!!!

We don’t want you to spend more time than that, but it may take a little more time if you have difficulty . . .

Breaking old habits and making new ones.
