We started the practice in March 1996 with the aim
of building a practice for those people who would
value our service for the quality it adds to their
lives. That quality is the opportunity for you to
be as healthy as you choose
Our ultimate aim is to help you achieve a
healthy, comfortable mouth, a
strong, stable bite and a
confident, radiant smile.
We believe that Prevention is Better
than Cure.
Our dental care is based around
a very comprehensive examination and individual treatment
planning. Modern dentistry is becoming increasingly
sophisticated. Knowledge, skills and technology are
developing all the time. Therefore, for you, the
patient, understanding what is going on is essential.
We use the examination and planning stages to help
you learn about your current oral health and whether
there is treatment that might be beneficial to you
now and/or in the future.
This includes developing preventive
and homecare procedures with you;
And, should they be appropriate,
advanced restorative procedures - rebuilding the
bite following those years of repeatedly larger fillings
and/or tooth loss. However, we would only consider
these once we are sure that your preventive procedures
are satisfactory;
We appreciate the value of a smile
and will consider your appearance as part of our
treatment planning. Because appearance is personal
to each of us, we will use computer images and/or
study models to demonstrate potential outcomes to
you.
We also have a special interest
in TMD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction) and
orthopaedics;
Ours is a fully private practice
offering predominantly fee-for
service dentistry. We offer various options
for payment. For those who find
it helpful to budget for their dental care, we
also offer our own Preventive Care Plans. These
are specifically aimed at those patients who
attend the practice at the self care level.
Every year, the practice team
has a full commitment towards continuing professional
development and further training.
Being a small practice, we encourage and appreciate
